• Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in at Villa Franca Santa Flavia begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is available until 10:30 AM. Guests arriving earlier may request early check-in, subject to room availability. A valid photo ID and booking confirmation are required upon arrival.

• Age Requirement

The minimum check-in age is 18 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Payments & Deposits

Most major credit and debit cards are accepted. Some bookings may require a refundable deposit upon arrival to cover incidental charges. Cash payments are also available upon request.

• Smoking Policy

Villa Franca Santa Flavia is a non-smoking property indoors. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas such as terraces or the garden.

• Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at the property, except for trained service animals with prior notification.

• Children & Extra Beds

Children are welcome at Villa Franca. Cribs or extra beds are available on request and subject to confirmation. Additional charges may apply depending on the room type.
